  📚Responsibilities:

  • Database Management:
    • Install, configure, update, and maintain Oracle databases.
    • Manage database performance, availability, and security.
  • Optimization and Tuning:
    • Analyze database performance and identify bottlenecks.
    • Implement optimizations and adjustments to enhance performance.
  • Backups and Restorations:
    • Plan and execute regular database backups to ensure disaster recovery.
    • Manage restoration and recovery processes in case of failure.
  • Security and Maintenance:
    • Implement and maintain security measures to protect data and systems.
    • Manage permissions and database access in accordance with security policies.
  • Migration and Upgrades:
    • Participate in database migration and upgrades to new versions.
    • Minimize downtime and ensure compatibility with applications.
  • Collaboration and Support:
    • Work closely with development teams and other IT teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.

  👩🏻‍🏫Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, or related field; Oracle certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle database administration.
  • Proficiency in both English and French, both spoken and written.
  • Strong expertise in managing, optimizing, and securing Oracle databases.
